this is my brother two years ago. we were at the park, just me and him, and he turned to me and said “kayla, don’t you ever wish there were no bad people in the world?” i thought it to be a funny thing for a 5 year old to say, but shrugged it off. last year, he didnt come home from school, we thought that being only in grade prep, he might’ve decided to go home with his bestfriend without telling us, but he didn’t. the school confirmed they saw him get on his school bus after the bell rang. but thats all we knew, the bus driver said that he had gotten off a stop early, my mother was frantically searching the neighbourhood for him. we never found him. it’s been two years and we’re still looking for him, he was such a beautiful boy, and i cant help but think the worst. he could be anywhere in the world by now, so please, reblog this, no matter where you’re from, you could save a life. xx

so….my brother is basically a self absorbed asshole and only thinks of himself. he plays my parents constantly and only comes around when he wants something and if he doesn’t get it he makes everyone feel bad until he gets it.
He was living here for a while, he does this a lot actually. Lives here for a bit until he gets pissed, runs off, talks shit about my parents, and just basically is an ass until he wants something, then he comes back, says he’ll change, and the cycle repeats….Anyway he came back a few minutes ago and I overheard my parents once again telling him he could come back and stay here.
I understand you can’t turn your back on your children, but by enabling him to play you time after time and paying for all his shit, you are only fucking yourself over. He’s almost 21 years old. It’s time he grew up and realized he has to work for his shit.
Everytime I have the opportunity to do something he fucks it up. I had the chance to go to Australia 4 years ago, I obviously needed some money, but it wasn’t anything that couldn’t be raised over time. He got on the internet on his phone and never got off…$700 plus his normal bill. basically the deposit for the trip. I didnt’ go. had the chance with the same student ambassador group this year to go to Europe and see france and italy, and london…..he fucked that up. broke something on his truck and pouted until my parents paid for it…didn’t go to europe. and now…my grad party.
I graduated last week and I was only supposed to have $50 in book fees, well since my brother dropped out of high school, I also had his book payments ontop of mine because he never returned his books. So $50 became $439…and now money is tight for my grad party and I don’t get the party I was promised because of him. I’m not gonna sit here and whine about not getting the grad party I wanted,that’s not the point. the point is he does this everytime. I never once have stood in his way of something he wanted, but he always conveniently desperately needs something just when I have something available for me that I worked for.
I’m honestly just over it. and I can’t wait to move out
